Is pregabalin legal in Belgium?

Controlled. The Royal Decree of 6 September 2017 lists it at Annex IV, limb B, as “pregabaline”, with a stated start date of 19 July 2026. Article 3(4)(4) of that Decree takes out of the Decree a medicine carried by a traveller in international travel that was lawfully obtained, for personal use and no more than three months of treatment, except the substances in Annex II limb A. The traveller must be able to show the competent officials a statement from their authority or health professional.

Is pregabalin legal in Lithuania?

Not listed as at 18 September 2026. It does not appear in Health Minister Order No. 5 (consolidation beginning 18 June 2025), the narcotic and psychotropic list that Criminal Code article 269(1) adopts. Being off that list is not a permission to carry it across a border.

Is pregabalin legal in Lebanon?

Not named in any of the four tables annexed to Law 673 of 16 March 1998, as read on 22 September 2026 in the Ministry of Public Health consolidation and in the Lebanese University note on the tables, which records table changes up to Decree 343 of 16 May 2025.
