1. Educational / harm-reduction purpose
2CB.com is an independent, evidence-based, non-judgmental harm-reduction information resource. Its purpose is to provide general educational information about substances, their risks, and ways to reduce harm. We neither condone nor condemn drug use, and nothing on the Site is intended to encourage, promote, or facilitate the use, purchase, or sale of any controlled substance.
2. Not medical or legal advice
The content on the Site is not medical advice, not legal advice, and not professional advice of any kind. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, or recommendation, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional, attorney, or other licensed professional. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions about a medical condition, medication, or legal matter. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number); for poisoning, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222; in a mental-health crisis, call or text 988.
3. No professional relationship
Using the Site, contacting us, or interacting with any feature (including the “Ask Me Anything” assistant) does not create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship between you and 2CB.com LLC or its contributors.
4. No warranty; accuracy
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we strive to cite reputable sources and mark unverified information as pending review, we do not warrant that the content is complete, current, accurate, or error-free. Substance composition, legality, and risks vary and change; information may be outdated or incorrect for your situation. The Site’s “Ask Me Anything” AI assistant can produce inaccurate or incomplete answers; its output is generated from our draft library, is not professional advice, and must not be relied on for medical, legal, or safety decisions.

You understand that any decisions you make based on information from the Site are your own responsibility, and you assume all risks associated with the use of that information. Drug use carries inherent and serious risks, including injury, illness, and death, regardless of any harm-reduction measures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2CB.com LLC, its operators, contributors, advisors, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site or its content — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree not to use the Site to break the law or to obtain, sell, or facilitate the transfer of controlled substances. The Site and its assistant will not help you obtain drugs. You agree not to misuse, scrape abusively, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puerto Rico, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with an updated “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
