- Supply without a prescription is a medicines-law offence; pregabalin is not handled under the BetmG controlled-drug penalties.
- If prescribed or medical
- Prescribed as a category-B prescription medicine on an ordinary (non-counterfoil) prescription.
- Documentation
- Because it is not a narcotic, no BetmG travel certificate is needed; carry a personal supply with the prescription.
