- Supply without authorisation is an offence; possession outside a prescription is treated as an ordinary medicines matter, not a controlled-substance crime.
- If prescribed or medical
- Dispensed on an ordinary medical prescription (not a controlled-substance prescription).
- Documentation
- Carry the original prescription; no controlled-substance import certificate is required because pregabalin is not an estupefaciente.
