- Unlawful possession or supply draws multi-year imprisonment; trafficking of a Golongan II narcotic above 5 g is death-eligible under Arts. 118(2)/119(2) of Law No. 35/2009.
- If prescribed or medical
- Dispensed as a Golongan II narcotic on a controlled prescription; import is tightly regulated by BPOM.
- Documentation
- Carry a prescription and original packaging and declare controlled medicines; confirm import rules with BPOM before travel.
