Is MDPV legal in Indonesia?

- Controlled. MDPV is listed by name as Narkotika Golongan I via Permenkes No. 2 Tahun 2017. It is capital-exposed: under Law 35/2009 arts. 113/114, production, import or trafficking of non-plant Golongan I narcotics exceeding 5 grams is death-eligible, and MDPV is Golongan I.
- Consequences if caught
- Illegal as Golongan I; trafficking above 5 grams is death-eligible, with lesser quantities carrying long imprisonment. Do NOT carry.
- If prescribed or medical
- MDPV has no recognised medical use and no lawful prescription route in Indonesia (Golongan I bars medical use).
- Documentation
- No lawful personal-import route for a Golongan I narcotic; trafficking is death-eligible, do not carry.
