Is Mephedrone (4-MMC) legal in Indonesia?

- Controlled — NAMED. Mephedrone is scheduled as Narkotika Golongan I (added by Ministry of Health Permenkes to the UU 35/2009 narcotics annex). It is CAUGHT BY THE CLASS language for capital exposure: trafficking/manufacture of Golongan I narcotics above statutory quantities (arts. 113–114) carries the death penalty.

- Golongan I: possession and supply offences; large-quantity trafficking/manufacture is capital under arts. 113–114. Extreme risk.
- If prescribed or medical
- Golongan I narcotic with no recognised medical use and no lawful prescription route.
