Is Tramadol legal in Poland?

- Tramadol is a prescription medicine in the ordinary Rp category (not Rpw) and is deliberately NOT placed on the narcotic/psychotropic schedules (wykaz N/P) of the Counteracting Drug Addiction Act.
- Consequences if caught
- Supply without authorisation is a medicines offence; it is not prosecuted under the narcotics-list possession penalties.
- If prescribed or medical
- Dispensed on an ordinary Rp prescription.
- Documentation
- Carry the original prescription; standard-medicine import rules apply because tramadol is not on the narcotics list.
