- Zero tolerance: possession and even consumption are criminal; a minor offence draws day-fines and a criminal record, larger quantities imprisonment, charged on whichever constituent is detected.

- No lawful supply of the mixture; ketamine is a scheduled medicine used under medical control, while MDMA has no marketed medical use.
- Documentation
