Is Pink Cocaine / Tusi legal in Poland?

Confirmed against a primary sourceVerified July 14, 2026
Legal status
Pink cocaine (tusi) is not scheduled as such; it is a variable mixture (typically ketamine + MDMA) prosecuted through its constituents — Poland controls MDMA and ketamine (Group II-P) under the Act on Counteracting Drug Addiction (2005), which reaches any preparation containing a controlled substance. Because the blend varies batch to batch, exposure follows the most-severely-controlled detected component.
Consequences if caught
Possession is criminal (Art 62, up to 3 years; up to 10 for a considerable quantity), with a possible discontinuance under Art 62a for small amounts; charged on whichever constituent is detected.
If prescribed or medical
No lawful supply of the mixture; ketamine is a Group II-P controlled medicine, whereas MDMA has no marketed medical use.
Documentation
Sold as a party powder of unknown makeup; because composition varies batch to batch, buyers cannot know its constituents, so legal exposure under the 2005 Act is unknowable at purchase.
