Because the blend varies batch to batch, exposure follows the most-severely-controlled component, so an MDMA-containing tusi sample can carry capital exposure in the Hamas-administered Gaza Strip.

- An MDMA-positive mixture is a serious offence where, in the Gaza Strip, grave drug trafficking is capital-eligible (death sentences have been imposed); in the West Bank the PA framework applies imprisonment.
