- Pink cocaine (tusi) is not scheduled as such; it is a variable mixture (typically ketamine + MDMA) prosecuted through its constituents — Switzerland prohibits MDMA as a controlled narcotic under the Narcotics Act (BetmG, SR 812.121) while ketamine is a controlled narcotic-medicine listed in Verzeichnis b, and the Act reaches any preparation containing a listed substance. Because the blend varies batch to batch, exposure follows the most-severely-controlled component, so an MDMA-containing tusi sample is a prohibited-narcotic offence.
- Consequences if caught
- An MDMA-positive mixture is a prohibited narcotic (production, import and sale criminal under Arts 19/19a BetmG); ketamine is a controlled medicine whose non-medical supply is likewise an offence.
- If prescribed or medical
- No lawful supply of the mixture; ketamine is an authorised medicine dispensed on a narcotics prescription, whereas MDMA is a prohibited narcotic.
