Not applicable as a single status, and not because the ordinance is silent. Pink cocaine is a street label rather than a substance: the source records „kein festes Gemisch; Einordnung nach tatsächlichen Bestandteilen“, no fixed mixture, classification according to the actual constituents. Swiss control is closed and works entry by entry, so a powder sold under this name is whatever it analyses as, and the same name can produce different results from one sample to the next. The constituents reported under it are answered separately in this table, and those rows, not this one, carry the schedule placements. No single terminal status can honestly be stated for the label itself.

Consequences if caught

Capital exposure: none. Switzerland has no death penalty, and beyond that no single ceiling can be stated for the label, because the label does not identify a substance. Where a sample contains a controlled constituent, that constituent engages BetmG article 19, whose aggravated forms come from article 19(2) and whose 20 year maximum comes from StGB article 40; where it contains none, no drug offence arises from the schedules at all. The 20 year maximum that StGB article 40 supplies for a BetmG article 19 offence therefore attaches to a constituent and never to the name on the packet. Unauthorised consumption is a separate offence under BetmG article 19a and is not silently treated as trafficking.
