Is Pink Cocaine / Tusi legal in Thailand?

- Pink cocaine (tusi) is not scheduled as such; it is a variable mixture (typically ketamine + MDMA) prosecuted through its constituents — Thailand prohibits MDMA as a Narcotics Category 1 substance with no accepted medical use while ketamine is a Schedule II psychotropic, and the Narcotics Code reaches any preparation containing a controlled substance. Because the blend varies batch to batch, exposure follows the most-severely-controlled component, so an MDMA-containing tusi sample is a Category 1 offence.

- An MDMA-positive mixture is a Category 1 narcotics offence (serious imprisonment and fines); a ketamine-only mixture is a psychotropic offence carrying lesser penalties.
- If prescribed or medical
- No lawful supply of the mixture; ketamine is a Schedule II psychotropic medicine, whereas MDMA is a Category 1 narcotic with no accepted medical use.
- Documentation
- Sold as a party powder of unknown makeup; because composition varies batch to batch, buyers cannot know whether Category 1 MDMA is present, so legal exposure is unknowable at purchase.
