Is Pink Cocaine / Tusi legal in Turkey?

Legal status

Pink cocaine is a market name for a variable mixture and not a single chemical, so it cannot receive one substance wide answer and the legal result follows the identified constituents of the tested product. The dossier states this directly, «“pink-cocaine” tek bir kimyasal madde değildir; her bileşen ayrı sınıflandırılır.», pink cocaine is not one chemical and each constituent is classified separately. That is not a hedge in Turkey, it is how a closed list has to work: article 19 of Law No. 2313 on the Control of Narcotic Substances brings named substances under the Law by Presidential decision, so a mixture is reached only through whichever of its components has been named. The name is also misleading about content, since material sold under it commonly contains no cocaine, and the components most often reported in it sit on opposite sides of this corpus, with ketamine and MDMA each verified as scheduled while 2C-B was searched and not confirmed.

Consequences if caught

Capital exposure: none. No article in this chain carries a capital or whole life route, and capital, life, quantity and ceiling consequences are assigned constituent by constituent rather than from the market or class label. Once a constituent is identified as a scheduled substance, the ordinary figures apply to it: article 188(1) of Penal Code No. 5237 sets twenty to thirty years and a fine of two thousand to twenty thousand days for unlicensed manufacture, import or export, article 188(3) sets not less than ten years for domestic sale, supply, dispatch, transport, storage, purchase, acceptance and possession, and article 191(1) sets two to five years for possession for use with the deferral and denetimli serbestlik regime of 191(2) and 191(3). If the identified constituent is cocaine the article 188(4)(a) uplift adds one half; if it is a synthetic cathinone the same paragraph applies through its own limb; if it is 2C-B nothing in this corpus confirms a placement at all. One powder can therefore produce three different answers and the sample decides which.

If prescribed or medical

There is no prescription route for a product sold as pink cocaine. It is not a medicine in any form, no constituent combination is authorised, the dossier recorded no prescription instrument for this row and no per-substance medical route is asserted here. Where a constituent happens to be a scheduled medicine such as ketamine, the lawful route belongs to the authorised product and not to the mixture, and article 24 of Law No. 2313 punishes pharmacy supply of a narcotic substance without a physician's prescription under the relevant articles of the Penal Code.

Documentation

No document makes this product lawful to carry and no document can describe it accurately. The charge follows the analysis: article 20 of Law No. 2313 requires a sample sufficient to determine the type, quality and quantity of a seized narcotic substance to be taken and sent to the relevant laboratory, and a buyer's belief about what a pink powder contains has no legal effect. Treat the mixture as unidentified until the report exists. The label entry was read in the dossier on 18 September 2026 and articles 19 and 20 with articles 188 and 191 were read from the consolidated texts on 20 September 2026.
