Legal status

Pink cocaine is a variable street mixture and not the name of a single chemical substance, and that is the settled treatment of this label rather than an unfinished answer. The dossier records «الكوكايين الوردي؛ توسي» as a label that is not the name of one chemical substance in the schedules, so the Emirati result follows each proved constituent and there is no label wide placement to give. The complete schedules of Decision No. 158 of 2025 were the instrument checked, and the determination is that the label does not map to an entry in them. In practice the powders sold under this name are most often a mixture, and the names that appear in analyses of them, ketamine at Schedule 6, item 7 and the methylenedioxy compounds in Schedule 5, are placed in different schedules under different articles, which is precisely why the label cannot carry one answer. Consequences if caught

Capital exposure: not established. That is a property of the label rather than an open question about a substance: each proved constituent must be classified first, and the constituent's own schedule then determines whether Article 57, Article 58 or no capital route applies, so no label wide capital quantity can be stated. The spread is wide and it is the point. A constituent in Schedules 1, 2, 4 Section I or 5 brings Article 57, which the dossier records as stating mandatory death for its trafficking or promotion trigger with no quantity. A constituent in Schedules 3, 6, 7 or 8 brings Article 58, recorded as death or life imprisonment in the alternative, also with no quantity.
