- Oxycodone (oksykodon) is a środek odurzający in grupa I-N under the Counteracting Drug Addiction Act (2005), dispensed on an Rpw prescription — a marketed strong opioid.
- Consequences if caught
- Unlawful possession up to 3 years (Art. 62); supply up to 10–12 years.
- If prescribed or medical
- Prescribed as a group I-N narcotic on the Rpw prescription.
- Documentation
- Within Schengen carry the Article 75 certificate (≤30 days) and the prescription in original packaging.
