Is Oxycodone legal in Pakistan?

Legal status
Oxycodone is a controlled narcotic under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act 1997 — a strong opioid; the 2022/23 CNSA amendment removed the death penalty from s.9, so oxycodone is not death-eligible (ceiling life imprisonment).
Consequences if caught
Section 9 penalties are graduated by quantity up to life for the largest amounts; the death penalty was removed from s.9 (Act XXXVIII of 2023) — oxycodone is not death-eligible.
If prescribed or medical
Dispensed as a controlled prescription narcotic under DRAP.
Documentation
Carry a prescription and original packaging and declare controlled medicines.
