- Personal use is an administrative public-order sanction; trafficking 3 to 6+ years under Article 368 of the Penal Code.
- If prescribed or medical
- Prescribed as a List I estupefaciente for severe and cancer pain on an official narcotics prescription.
- Documentation
- Within Schengen carry the AEMPS-issued Article 75 certificate for up to 30 days.
