Is MDPV legal in Singapore?

Legal status
Controlled. MDPV is captured by a synthetic-cathinone generic group in the First Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Act (Class A). It is below the capital tier and not death-eligible: Singapore's capital thresholds (MDA Second Schedule / s.33B) are named per-drug and no capital quantity is listed for synthetic cathinones including MDPV.
Consequences if caught
Illegal as a Class A drug; supply and trafficking carry imprisonment and caning, but MDPV has no capital threshold and is not death-eligible.
If prescribed or medical
MDPV has no recognised medical use and no lawful prescription route in Singapore.
Documentation
No lawful personal-import route for a Class A controlled drug; do not carry.
