Is MDPV legal in Poland?

- Controlled. MDPV is listed by name on the controlled list under the Ustawa o przeciwdzialaniu narkomanii (cathinones scheduled 2010-2015) and is also covered by the NPS framework; control is reinforced by EU Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1875.
- Consequences if caught
- Illegal; possession and supply carry imprisonment under the counter-drug-addiction act. No death penalty.
- If prescribed or medical
- MDPV has no recognised medical use and no lawful prescription route in Poland.
- Documentation
- No lawful personal-import route for a controlled substance; do not carry.
