- Controlled — methylone is individually NAMED in the annex to the Ustawa o przeciwdziałaniu narkomanii by the amendment of 1 Apr 2011 (synthetic-cathinone batch); NPS provisions reinforce. No death penalty.
- Consequences if caught
- Illegal; possession punishable (Art. 62), with Art. 62a prosecutorial discretion for small personal amounts; trafficking heavier.
- If prescribed or medical
- No recognised medical use; no lawful prescription route.
- Documentation
- No lawful personal import of a controlled substance.
