Is Methylone legal in Sweden?

- Controlled as narkotika under the Narcotic Drugs Control Act (1992:860) and Ordinance (SFS 1992:1554); methylone is individually NAMED among the synthetic cathinones scheduled in the 2010–2012 wave. No death penalty.
- Consequences if caught
- Illegal; possession, use and trafficking penalties (narkotikabrott).
- If prescribed or medical
- No recognised medical use; no lawful prescription route.
- Documentation
- No lawful personal import of narkotika.
