Controlled — delta-8-THC (Δ8-THC) is caught as a tetrahydrocannabinol under the Anti-Narcotics Law, which controls cannabis and, via Article 8, synthetic psychotropic substances; delta-8 is controlled as an isomer of THC (named vs generic classing left to confirmation). Distinct from cannabis (bhang/hashish), prohibited. Capital exposure runs by quantity thresholds; whether delta-8 falls under the plant-cannabis or the synthetic-drug capital tier is left to confirmation.
