Adderall is a brand, and Germany's schedules do not list brands, so the row is resolved through the constituent. The dossier takes the route through amphetamine and records the printed Anlage III row of the Betäubungsmittelgesetz as „Amfetamin | Amphetamin | (RS)-1-Phenylpropan-2-ylazan“. The first column carries the international non-proprietary spelling and the second the German one, and the third fixes the racemate. That last point is what the constituent route actually rests on here, because the product is a mixture of amphetamine salts and the printed entry is drawn at the racemic molecule rather than at a single enantiomer. Placement is by BtMG § 1 Abs. 1. The tier is Anlage III, which is the marketable and prescribable one, so this is not a substance the schedule puts beyond lawful supply.

Consequences if caught

Capital exposure: none. The dossier's penalty column records that no death-penalty regime applies. The penal provisions are BtMG §§ 29 bis 30a, and the dossier gives the ceiling alone: not less than five years under § 30a Abs. 1, with StGB § 38 Abs. 2 capping a determinate sentence at fifteen years.
