Is Adderall legal in Greece?

- Adderall (mixed amphetamine salts) has no separate legal identity — it is regulated AS amphetamine: scheduled controlled substance under the Greek Narcotics Code (Law 3459/2006; penalties Law 4139/2013); prescription-only.

- Personal-use possession penalised under Law 4139/2013 (imprisonment/fine, reduced for users); supply/trafficking multi-year.
- If prescribed or medical
- Available on prescription; Greece is strict — carry a Schengen Art. 75 certificate and pre-clear stimulants where possible.
- Documentation
- For Schengen travel carry a Schengen certificate for controlled medicines, plus the original container, the prescription label and a doctor's letter (the name must match your passport). Methadone/buprenorphine travellers should arrange this through OKANA (Athens/Thessaloniki) with an application and a medical certificate at least 1 month ahead (English/German/French accepted).
