Is Pink Cocaine / Tusi legal in Germany?

Confirmed against a primary sourceVerified July 14, 2026
Legal status
Pink cocaine (tusi) is not scheduled as such; it is a variable mixture (typically ketamine + MDMA) prosecuted through its constituents — Germany lists MDMA as an Annex I (non-tradable) narcotic under the Narcotic Drugs Act (BtMG) while ketamine is a prescription-only medicine under the Arzneimittelgesetz and is not in any BtMG Anlage, and the BtMG reaches any preparation containing a listed substance. Because the blend varies batch to batch, exposure follows the most-severely-controlled component, so an MDMA-containing tusi sample is a BtMG narcotic offence.
Consequences if caught
An MDMA-positive mixture is a BtMG offence (possession/acquisition punishable, trafficking a felony); a ketamine-only mixture engages medicines-law rather than the narcotics regime.
If prescribed or medical
No lawful supply of the mixture exists; ketamine is a legitimate prescribed anaesthetic, whereas MDMA is an Annex I substance that is non-prescribable.
Documentation
Marketed as a nightlife powder of unknown makeup; because the composition varies batch to batch, buyers and travellers cannot know whether MDMA is present, making legal exposure unknowable at purchase.
