Is 2C-I legal in Germany?

Legal status
2C-I is a controlled narcotic under the Narcotic Drugs Act (BtMG); it was named for EU-wide control by Council Decision 2003/847/JHA (27 Nov 2003), which obliged Germany to subject 4-iodo-2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine to control measures and criminal penalties.
Consequences if caught
Unauthorised possession, acquisition or trafficking is a criminal offence under the BtMG, punishable by fines and imprisonment, with aggravated trafficking carrying multi-year custodial terms.
If prescribed or medical
Non-marketable and non-prescribable; no recognised therapeutic use.
