Legal status
Controlled — 2C-T-7 is individually listed by name in Anlage I to the Betaeubungsmittelgesetz (BtMG), the non-tradeable schedule, added on 1 July 2001 by the 15th BtMG-amending ordinance — one of the earliest national bans, prompted by the 2000–2001 fatalities. NAMED mechanism.
Consequences if caught
Anlage I: trafficking is a felony under BtMG s.29a/s.30 carrying multi-year prison terms; simple possession is punishable under s.29.
If prescribed or medical
Anlage I (nicht verkehrsfaehig) — not marketable and not prescribable; handling only under a BtMG s.3 research authorisation.
Documentation
No lawful personal import; 2C-T-7 cannot be carried into Germany or prescribed.
