Is Oxycodone legal in Spain?
- Legal status
- Oxycodone (oxicodona) is an estupefaciente in Lista I under Ley 17/1967 (1961 Convention), dispensed on the official narcotics prescription (receta oficial de estupefacientes) — a marketed strong opioid.
- Consequences if caught
- Personal use or possession in public is an administrative sanction (LO 4/2015); trafficking is criminal (Código Penal art. 368, roughly 3–6 years).
- If prescribed or medical
- Prescribed on the official estupefaciente prescription.
- Documentation
- Within Schengen carry the Article 75 certificate (≤30 days), issued by AEMPS, with the prescription.
