- DOM (STP) is listed by name — 'Dimethoxymethylamfetamin (DOM, STP)' — in Anlage I (non-tradable narcotics) of the Narcotic Drugs Act (BtMG), the German transposition of DOM's individual Schedule I listing under the 1971 UN Convention.
- Consequences if caught
- Unauthorised handling, possession and trafficking are criminal offences under Sec. 29 BtMG (up to 5 years); aggravated trafficking 1-15 years.
- If prescribed or medical
- Anlage I: neither marketable nor prescribable; lawful only under a special BfArM authorisation for scientific research.
