6-APB is a controlled substance in Germany — individually named in Anlage II of the Betaeubungsmittelgesetz (BtMG, tradeable but non-prescribable) since 17 Jul 2013 (27. BtMAendV NPS wave); the named BtMG listing predates and governs over the 2016 NpSG blanket.
Consequences if caught
BtMG offence: unauthorised handling or possession up to 5 years; trafficking or large-quantity dealing up to 15 years. No death penalty.

Anlage II — not prescribable; no recognised medical use, handling only under BtMG licence.
