Legal status
Controlled. Synthetic cannabinoids are prohibited under Law No. 9 of 1987 on narcotics and dangerous psychotropic substances, which incorporates the synthetic cannabinoids added to Schedule II of the 1971 Convention. Capital exposure is via the general trafficking regime (death or life for trafficking); synthetic-cannabinoid-specific reach is left to confirmation.

Illegal; trafficking is death- or life-eligible under Law No. 9 of 1987. Do NOT carry.
If prescribed or medical
These synthetic cannabinoids have no recognised medical use and no lawful prescription route in Qatar.
