- Consequences if caught
- Illicit use up to 1 year; unauthorised holding or trafficking up to 10 years.
- If prescribed or medical
- Prescribed as a stupéfiant for severe and cancer pain on a secure prescription.
- Documentation
- Within Schengen carry the Article 75 certificate for up to 30 days; ANSM authorisation applies for longer supplies.
