- Controlled — MDA is a scheduled narcotic/psychotropic under the UMKK schedules. NAMED mechanism. Turkey abolished the death penalty in 2004.

- Trafficking under TCK art. 188: heavy imprisonment; not death-eligible.
- If prescribed or medical
- Scheduled narcotic with no recognised medical use; no lawful prescription route.
- Documentation
- No lawful personal import of a scheduled narcotic.
