Is DOM legal in Ireland?

- DOM (STP) is a controlled drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1977 and the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2017 (Schedule 1), Ireland's transposition of DOM's individual Schedule I listing under the 1971 UN Convention.
- Consequences if caught
- Possession is an offence under s.3 of the 1977 Act; supply under s.15 can carry up to life imprisonment.
- If prescribed or medical
- Schedule 1: no general medical use; lawful only under a Ministerial licence for research.
