Adderall (mixed amphetamine salts) has no separate legal identity — it is regulated AS amphetamine: scheduled psychotropic (Schedule 1 trafficking tier) under the Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Law No. 50 of 2017.

Consequences if caught

Non-trafficking possession/use ~1–3 years + fines. Export/import/production with intent to trade is DEATH or life eligible (Art. 27), and courts have issued death sentences in ATS cases. Amphetamine carries capital exposure at the trafficking tier.

If prescribed or medical

Prescription stimulant via strictly controlled medical channels; carrying it without a local permit/prescription risks arrest.
