Legal status

Adderall (mixed amphetamine salts) has no separate legal identity — it is regulated AS amphetamine: narkotika, förteckning II under the Narcotic Drugs Punishment Act (1968:64) + LVFS 2011:10.

Consequences if caught

Narkotikabrott: possession/use up to 3 years (minor: fine or up to 6 months); serious up to 7 years.

If prescribed or medical

Available on prescription; carry a Schengen Art. 75 certificate for personal supply.

Sweden enforces ZERO-TOLERANCE: consumption itself has been criminal since 1988 and possession of any amount is criminal, with NO soft/hard distinction. A minor offence (ringa narkotikabrott) — personal use or a small amount — carries income-based day-fines (dagsböter) and NO prison (per the Supreme Court), but it leaves a criminal record; a normal offence up to 3 years and a serious offence 2–7 years (aggravated up to 10). Police may compel blood or urine tests on suspicion of use. Smuggling falls under the Smuggling Act (2000:1225), up to 10 years aggravated. Medical use is limited to Sativex (nabiximols) for MS spasticity — no medical flower, no recreational.
