Is Tramadol legal in Turkey?

- Tramadol is a controlled medicine in Turkey, dispensed on a green prescription (yeşil reçete) under MoH/TİTCK control; over-the-counter sale is prohibited and unprescribed use is criminal (TCK art. 191).

- Possession without a valid Turkish prescription is prosecutable; trafficking carries multi-year terms.
- If prescribed or medical
- Prescribed on a green prescription (yeşil reçete) under TİTCK control.
- Documentation
- Carry a personal supply with the prescription or a doctor's letter and declare it; unprescribed possession is treated as a controlled-substance offence.
