Is Nicotine legal in Turkey?

Legal status

Nicotine is not a controlled drug in Turkey. That regime restricts where a product may be sold, advertised and consumed rather than treating the substance as a narcotic, which is why a traveller meets it as a product rule and not as a criminal drug rule. No permission claim is inferred from schedule absence, and the position of electronic delivery products in particular is a product authorisation question the dossier did not resolve.

Consequences if caught

Capital exposure: none.
