- Consequences if caught
- Aggravated/recidivist trafficking is death-eligible; methylphenidate is a licit medicine but must be carried with documentation. Wartime enforcement (civil war since 2023) is unpredictable.
- If prescribed or medical
- Prescription ADHD/narcolepsy medicine (e.g. Ritalin/Concerta) via controlled channels; carry the original prescription and any required import permit.
