Is Methylphenidate legal in China?

- Trafficking scales by quantity; art. 347's 'large quantity' capital tier in principle reaches Category-I psychotropics, but methylphenidate is a licit ADHD medicine and capital enforcement targets illicit ATS, not licit prescriptions. Carry a prescription/import authorisation.

- Prescription ADHD/narcolepsy medicine (e.g. Ritalin/Concerta) via controlled channels; carry the original prescription and any required import permit.
