- Zero tolerance. s.39B trafficking of a scheduled dangerous drug is death-or-life eligible (discretionary since the 2018 abolition of the mandatory death penalty) once statutory trafficking quantity (s.37 presumptions) is met; methylone sits within the capital-eligible class; caning applies.
