Is MDA legal in Brunei?

NOT death-eligible: MDA is absent from the capital Second Schedule (which, as in Singapore, names opium/heroin/cocaine/cannabis/methamphetamine) — MDA-class amounts fall below the death tier (exact schedule left to confirmation).
- Consequences if caught
- Class A: trafficking of listed capital drugs is death-eligible, but MDA-class amounts attract severe imprisonment plus caning, NOT death.
- If prescribed or medical
- Class A controlled drug with no recognised medical use; no lawful prescription route.

- No lawful personal import; MDA-class amounts are non-capital but severely punished.
