Is Delta-8-THC legal in Greece?

- Controlled — delta-8-THC (Δ8-THC) is caught as a tetrahydrocannabinol under the Narcotic Drugs Code (Law 4139/2013), which schedules tetrahydrocannabinols and their isomers transposing 1971 Convention Schedule I; delta-8 is controlled as an isomer of THC. Distinct from cannabis (recreational illegal, medical legal) and from CBD <0.2% THC; Greece has separately been active in scheduling novel cannabinoids. No death penalty.

- Illegal; possession and trafficking offences under Law 4139/2013.
- If prescribed or medical
- No recognised medical use; delta-8-THC is not a prescribable medicine.
- Documentation
- No lawful personal import of a controlled tetrahydrocannabinol.
