6-APB is classed as a stupefiant (narcotic) in France — individually named by the Arrete du 3 mai 2018 amending the 22 Feb 1990 list, which scheduled the benzofuran group (5-APB, 6-APB, 5-/6-EAPB, 5-/6-MAPB).
