- Sale, supply or possession above narcomenudeo thresholds is trafficking (up to 10+ years); prescribed personal use is lawful.
- If prescribed or medical
- Prescribed on the special COFEPRIS narcotics prescription with a barcode.
- Documentation
- Carry a personal supply with the prescription/medical letter and declare it; COFEPRIS-linked authorisation is needed to import controlled narcotics.
