Is Morphine legal in Myanmar?

- Morphine is a scheduled narcotic under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law 1993 and is death-eligible: production, sale, import or export is punishable by 15 years to death under ss.20-21 (with a 3 g 'for sale' threshold under s.16(c)); the exact capital trafficking weight for morphine is left to confirmation. Executions resumed in 2022.
