- Consequences if caught
- Trafficking of a scheduled substance is death/25-years eligible (Art. 34); methylphenidate is a licit medicine — carry documentation. Enforcement is fractured amid conflict.
- If prescribed or medical
- Prescription ADHD/narcolepsy medicine (e.g. Ritalin/Concerta) via controlled channels; carry the original prescription and any required import permit.
