- Scheduled psychotropic under Law No. 15 of 2007; a controlled medicine (NHRA prescription/permit).
- Consequences if caught
- Most-serious trafficking of a scheduled psychotropic is capitally exposed; methylphenidate is a licit medicine — carry a valid prescription and NHRA permit.
- If prescribed or medical
- Prescription ADHD/narcolepsy medicine (e.g. Ritalin/Concerta) via controlled channels; carry the original prescription and any required import permit.
