- Controlled prescription medicine under the Narcotics Control Act 2018 — a lower schedule than the capital Class 'Ka' (which covers amphetamine/yaba ≥200 g).
- Consequences if caught
- Unlicensed dealing is a medicines/narcotics-control offence; no capital exposure (methylphenidate is not in the capital Class-Ka tier).
- If prescribed or medical
- Prescription ADHD/narcolepsy medicine (e.g. Ritalin/Concerta) via controlled channels; carry the original prescription and any required import permit.
